How often can I receive flowers?
Choose weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks (28 days). Your deliveries follow the same local route day.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius of Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas. Your address must be eligible at checkout.
What day will my flowers arrive?
Residential deliveries arrive on Fridays. Corporate deliveries arrive on Mondays, with Tuesday morning available for offices closed on Mondays.
When should I sign up?
Sign up by Monday at midnight for the coming Friday residential route, or Wednesday at midnight for the coming Monday corporate route. Later signups move to the next eligible delivery.
How does the vase swap work?
Leave your previous 5 × 5 glass vase on your porch or at reception. We collect it when delivering your freshly arranged flowers.
Can I add composting?
Yes. Composting is an optional $5 charge per individual delivery, following your selected frequency.
How do pauses and cancellations work?
Please give at least five days’ notice before your upcoming billing cycle. Contact Bloom Loop for help with your subscription.
Will my arrangement match the photograph?
Images represent our style and general arrangement size. Blooms change with the seasons. The Lush Loop includes 12–15 seasonal stems; The Luxe Loop includes 22–26.
